Delete inside the app

1. 1. Open Audira on iOS or Android and sign in.
2. 2. Open Settings.
3. 3. Select Delete Account.
4. 4. Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.

The self-service request immediately blocks ordinary access and removes the account after Audira completes its retry-safe cleanup. A confirmation email is sent when an address is available.

Cannot access the app?

Ask Audira Support

Email support@audirabook.com from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Audira account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership before acting. You can also use the support form.

What deletion covers

Account data removed

• Your Audira sign-in identity, profile, username, and profile image.
• Your synced library, lists, reading and listening progress, reader marks, settings, and preferences.
• Your points balance, rewards, chapter access state, active purchase entitlements, badges, and recaps.
• Your authored posts and comments, follows, blocks, notifications, club memberships, and registered push devices.
• Your newsletter subscription and other active account associations.

Deletion is permanent. It may remove access to points, unlocked content, community history, and benefits that cannot be restored after the account identity is removed.

Retention

Limited records we may keep

Most active account data is deleted when the self-service cleanup completes. Encrypted backups and limited security logs may persist for up to 90 days before normal rotation. Purchase, refund, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, platform, audit, dispute, or legal records may be retained for up to seven years, or longer when applicable law or a platform requires it. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not used to recreate the deleted account.

You can delete individual posts, comments, lists, saved items, reader marks, profile images, and similar content using available in-product controls without deleting your account. You may also ask support for access, correction, export, or deletion help. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
