Audira is for personal reading and listening.
You may use Audira for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Audira LLC. They govern your access to and use of Audira's website, iOS app, catalog, reader, audio player, points wallet, support tools, account features, admin tools where authorized, and related services.
Effective date: May 30, 2026
You may use Audira for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Buying points or unlocking chapters gives you access inside Audira. It does not transfer ownership of Audira content.
Points can unlock chapters, skip waits, or access eligible premium experiences. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
Do not abuse accounts, scrape content, attack the service, upload harmful material, impersonate others, or access admin tools without permission.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Audira, creating an account, buying or spending points, opening the iOS app, reading or listening to content, contacting support, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Audira.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, any terms shown at purchase, and any additional rules or notices that Audira posts for a specific feature. If a feature-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the feature-specific term controls for that feature.
Audira provides serialized fiction, reading and listening experiences, catalog discovery, profile and library features, free chapter access, points, purchase fulfillment, support tools, and related software. We may refer to all of these together as the "Services."
The Audira website lets readers browse the catalog, read chapters, listen where audio is available, manage library state, buy points through web checkout, and contact support.
The Audira iOS app supports mobile reading, listening, guest use, signed-in syncing, StoreKit point purchases, local app state, and optional platform features such as notifications.
Some features are available without an account. Other features, such as cross-device syncing, web point purchases, profile management, and account deletion, require sign-in.
Audira may add, remove, suspend, change, rename, price, reprice, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice when a material change meaningfully affects existing users, but immediate changes may be needed for security, legal, operational, platform, or abuse-prevention reasons.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Audira. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Audira only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Audira is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not create an account, buy points, upload information, or send personal information to Audira. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it as required by law.
Some Audira stories may include romance, suspense, fantasy, violence, mature themes, language, or emotional content. You are responsible for deciding whether Audira content is appropriate for you or for anyone using your device or account.
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, unless the activity results from Audira's failure to use reasonable security measures.
Audira may assign a default username when you register. You may update your username, birthday, and profile picture where profile tools are available. Usernames and profile images must not infringe rights, impersonate others, mislead users, contain hate or harassment, include explicit sexual content, promote abuse, or otherwise violate these Terms. We may reject, remove, rename, hide, moderate, or restrict profile content at our discretion.
If you believe your account was compromised, contact us promptly through the support page.
Audira may let guests read, listen, earn limited rewards, unlock chapters, or make iOS purchases before creating an account. Guest state may be tied to a browser cookie, device storage, app installation, guest wallet ID, or support code. If that storage is deleted, unavailable, changed, or not migrated, guest access or history may be lost.
When Audira offers migration from guest state to a signed-in account, migration is subject to verification, eligibility checks, fraud-prevention checks, and technical availability. We may refuse or reverse migrations that appear erroneous, duplicated, abusive, refunded, charged back, or unsupported by our records.
Audira and its licensors own the Services and the content made available through them, including stories, chapters, titles, manuscripts, audio recordings, narration, cover art, images, graphics, interface design, software, code, trademarks, logos, metadata, recommendations, and other materials. Audira content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Audira grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services and unlocked content for your own personal, non-commercial reading and listening. Audira content is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, sell, lease, lend, train models on, or otherwise exploit Audira content unless Audira or the applicable rights holder gives you written permission.
"Submissions" means anything you provide to Audira, including profile information, usernames, profile images, birthdays, support messages, attachments, feedback, suggestions, reviews, reports, admin uploads, and other materials. You are responsible for your Submissions and represent that you have all rights needed to provide them.
You keep ownership of Submissions you own. You grant Audira a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify for technical purposes, resize, format, scan, moderate, display, transmit, and use your Submissions as needed to operate, secure, improve, troubleshoot, and support Audira. Feedback and suggestions may be used without compensation or obligation to you.
If you use admin or publishing tools, you must have the rights and permissions needed for every manuscript, audio file, image, title, description, metadata item, and other uploaded material. Separate written agreements, if any, may govern author, publisher, or catalog rights.
You agree not to do, attempt to do, encourage, or help anyone else do any of the following:
A violation of this section may result in removal of content, loss of points or access, account suspension, account deletion, blocking of devices or identifiers, reporting to platform providers or law enforcement, or other action we reasonably consider necessary.
Audira uses chapter access rules that may include free introductory chapters, daily free unlocks, wait timers, point spending, promotional credits, support grants, and other access methods. Current rules may be shown in the product and may vary by book, platform, user state, promotion, or experiment.
Audira may make introductory chapters free and may provide daily free chapter unlocks. After those credits are used, later chapters may require waiting, points, or another access method shown in the product.
Audira may award points for sign-up, daily activity, reading engagement, promotions, support adjustments, or other product events. Audira may correct point balances when there is an error, duplicate fulfillment, fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, or technical issue.
Web point purchases are processed by Stripe. iOS point purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Prices, pack sizes, taxes, and availability may vary by platform, country, storefront, promotion, and time.
Points are not money, stored value, property, or a deposit account. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, exchanged outside Audira, or used after your account is deleted or terminated, except where required by law.
Unlocking a chapter or spending points may unlock prior chapters as needed for continuity. If a purchase, reward, migration, or unlock fails, contact support. Audira's records are the source of truth for point fulfillment, purchase idempotency, account balance, guest wallet state, and chapter access.
When you buy points or other paid digital access, you agree to pay the price, taxes, and fees shown at checkout. Web payments are handled by Stripe. iOS in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Payment providers, banks, storefronts, card networks, and tax authorities may apply their own rules, fees, refund rights, chargeback rules, and verification requirements.
Except where required by law or by the applicable payment platform, completed point purchases are generally not refundable once delivered. If you experience a duplicate charge, failed fulfillment, unauthorized purchase, child purchase issue, chargeback, refund, or platform dispute, contact the payment provider where required and contact Audira support so we can review fulfillment records.
Audira does not currently need to offer subscriptions for the core point-pack purchase flow described in these Terms. If Audira later offers subscriptions, the price, renewal period, cancellation method, trial terms, and auto-renewal details will be shown before purchase, and additional platform terms may apply.
Audira relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, app distribution, support, analytics, communications, security, and similar functions. Those services may include AWS, Amazon Cognito, Stripe, Apple, Google, email providers, and other vendors.
Stripe processes web checkout payments and may provide receipts, fraud-prevention checks, and payment status. Your use of Stripe checkout is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
Apple processes iOS in-app purchases and App Store downloads. Apple's terms, refund rules, Family Sharing rules, and purchase controls may apply to iOS transactions.
If you use Apple or Google sign-in, those providers may process authentication information under their own terms and privacy policies. Audira receives account information needed to create and maintain your Audira account.
Audira is not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, outages, payment decisions, refunds, or content that we do not control.
These Terms apply to the Audira iOS app, but the following Apple-required terms also apply when you download or use Audira through the App Store:
Admin screens, admin APIs, publishing tools, support tools, wallet tools, upload tools, audit tools, and related backend functions may be used only by users expressly authorized by Audira. Regular users may not attempt to access admin routes, admin APIs, hidden operations, privileged credentials, production resources, or other non-public functionality.
Admin activity may be logged, audited, reviewed, restricted, reversed, or disabled. If you receive access to an admin feature by mistake, you must stop using it and notify Audira immediately.
You may stop using Audira at any time. Where account deletion tools are available, you may request deletion from your account settings. Deleting an account can permanently remove profile information, synced library state, reading progress, listening progress, saved books, points, rewards, and other account data, except for records Audira needs to retain for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, purchase, audit, dispute, or platform reasons.
Audira may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the Services, infringed rights, triggered payment disputes, compromised security, or acted in a way that may harm Audira, users, creators, partners, platforms, or infrastructure.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property terms, payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and any rights needed to preserve purchase, support, audit, or legal records.
Audira respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Audira infringes your copyright, contact us through the support page or at support@audirabook.com.
Please include enough information for us to identify the allegedly infringing material, identify the copyrighted work, contact you, evaluate your claim, and understand that you are authorized to act for the rights holder. We may remove or disable access to content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
Audira is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Audira disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.
We do not promise that every book, chapter, audio file, feature, discount, point pack, reward, or route will always be available. We also do not promise that Audira will be free from delays, outages, data loss, bugs, unauthorized access, platform interruptions, payment-provider errors, or device-specific issues.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Audira LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, device failure, unauthorized access, or loss of virtual items.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Audira's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Audira for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Audira LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Services, your Submissions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement or misuse of someone else's rights.
Please contact Audira support first so we can try to resolve concerns informally. Except where prohibited by law, these Terms and any dispute relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Audira LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute will be handled on an individual basis. You and Audira waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, or service integrity.
Audira may update these Terms as the Services, laws, platforms, or business needs change. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method. Your continued use of Audira after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Audira account without Audira's prior written consent. Audira may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or other business transaction.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Audira's failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Audira for the Services, except for any additional written agreement you have with Audira.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the support page or by email at support@audirabook.com.
